Mosets Account & Subscription
Purchasing Mosets Tree on our website grants you a one-year subscription. This subscription provides the following benefits:
- Priority support on the Mosets Private Support Forum.
- Access to download the latest version of the purchased product, including bug fixes and new features.
- An Access Key to register your website for Automatic Updates through the Joomla Update System.
Each benefit is applicable to one registered website per subscription. For two or more websites running Mosets Tree requiring support or Automatic Updates, additional subscriptions are necessary.
Auto-Renew
Beginning April 2017, all new subscriptions automatically renew every 12 months. As long as your subscription remains active, you will enjoy the aforementioned benefits.
If you purchased Mosets Tree before April 2017, you must enable Auto-Renew to set up automatic payments upon renewal. This can be done in your Mosets account.
Enabling Auto-Renew ensures uninterrupted service, including Automatic Updates and support.
Turning ON Auto-Renew
Existing Mosets Tree subscribers can activate Auto-Renew by toggling the Auto-Renew button in their Mosets account. The first time enabling Auto-Renew, you'll be prompted to add a payment card.
New subscriptions automatically include Auto-Renew. You can disable it at any time by toggling it Off.
To disable automatic payments upon renewal, log in to your Mosets account and toggle the "Auto Renew" button to "Off" for your subscription.
Note: You can still manually renew your subscription by clicking the "Renew subscription" or "Extend my subscription" link.
If purchasing through 2Checkout.com, you should receive an email with your Mosets account login information. Check your mailbox's SPAM folder; our emails may be marked as such.
Alternatively, request a password reset at https://dashboard.mosets.com/login and receive the new password and username via your registered email.
If you still haven't received the email using these methods, please contact us with your email address and Order Number. We will respond as soon as possible.
Customers receive free upgrades for 12 months from their purchase date.
After this period, you can continue using the extension on your website. To receive ongoing updates, renew your subscription by logging in to your Mosets account and clicking the "Renew Subscription" link for your subscription. This renews your subscription, and upon payment, you'll access the upgrades and new version of your extensions within Mosets.
